Laundry & Bike Storage
From wash cycles to bicycles, our onsite laundry and bike storage spaces have you covered.
Read more- Secure bike storage is available to our residents. Where necessary, ask Reception for your key or fob to be reprogrammed to allow you access to the bike store.
- To operate the machines, you’ll need to download the Circuit Laundry app or purchase a payment card from the dispenser located within the
laundry room (in Block 7 and 8) or from Reception.
Instructions on how to use the machines are displayed in the laundry room but if you experience any issues, please let the site team know.
Maintenance, Cleaning & Safety
You deserve a space that works for you. Reach our onsite maintenance team through the iQ app.
Read more- We have a full maintenance team on site, who will always try and sort out any issues as they are reported and on first visit. If you have any maintenance issues, please report them via the iQ app.
- There is 24/7 security on site weekdays throughout nights, and all weekend
- The Housekeeping team are on site Monday to Friday and keep all things sparkling in the common areas.
Fire Safety
We're here to keep you safe. Get to know your building's fire alarm tests and meeting points.
Read more- The fire alarm is tested every Thursday between 12pm and 1pm.
- The fire assembly point is next to Grand Canal opposite Queen Mary University on Mile End Road.
