Instructions on how to use the machines are displayed in the laundry room but, if you experience any issues, please let the site team know.
Maintenance, Cleaning & Safety
You deserve a space that works for you. Reach our onsite maintenance team through the iQ app.
Read more- We have a full maintenance team on site, who will always try and sort out any issues as they are reported and on first visit. If you have any maintenance issues, please report them via the iQ app.
- There is 24/7 security on site weekdays throughout nights, and all weekend
- The Housekeeping team are on site Monday to Friday and keep all things sparkling in the common areas.
Fire Safety
We're here to keep you safe. Get to know your building's fire alarm tests and meeting points.

iQ Chinese Student Social Club
The iQ Chinese Students' Club brings together Chinese from across iQ properties to foster a community while living abroad. Student ambassadors will be heading up the Club and organising events through WeChat and Weibo helping to develop a sense of Chinese society.
