This promotion is managed and operated by IQSA Services Limited, trading as iQ Student Accommodation, and applies to the 2018/19 academic year only.
Definitions
‘You’ means the entrant of the competition and a tenant of an iQ Student Accommodation Hall of Residence for the 2018/19 academic year and for the duration of the competition.
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as Property Managers.

Entries for this competition must use their public Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts to share the image, tag iQ Student Accommodation’s account and use the hashtags #MyiQLife and #ChristmasWish.
Terms of promotion
• The promotion begins 1st December 2018.
• The promotion ends at 23:59 on 23rd December 2018.
• To be in with a chance of winning a Christmas present worth £100, entrants must post a picture of their Christmas card saying “All I want for Christmas is… [your wish], on their public Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts and tag iQ Student Accommodation’s account and also use the hashtags #MyiQLife and #ChristmasWish.
• In order to be eligible to win, the entrant must be a current resident for the 2018/19 academic year and to have paid all fees and charges up to the time of the closure date of the competition.
• In accepting the terms of this offer you will be entered into the draw to win one of two Christmas presents worth £100 each. There will be only two prizes available to win.
• The winners will be selected by the following method. The 10 with the most likes and comments as at the date of closure will be entered into a draw and two winners will be selected at random by the IQSA Services Limited marketing team from these qualifying entries.
• Both prizes will be handed to the winners by 28th February 2019.
• We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the Instagram or Twitter profile of the entrants. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and We will issue the prize to another winner selected as a backup at the time of the original draw.
• The winners agree to take part for free in any publicity for the promotion as requested by Us and You grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the content that you post on or through the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Weibo Services which are also subject to the terms and conditions of the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Weibo websites.
• The winners agree to allow us to use the winning picture without restriction and for no payment or consideration, for any future marketing collateral or social media activity.
• The winners agree to allow us to take pictures of the winner with the prize, to be used for future marketing collateral or social media activity.
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party or to Us.
