2020 reality: a self-contained space brings benefits

While it’s a great benefit to have some friends around during your studies, sometimes you want a space to call your own. Enter: the studio.

At the majority of iQ properties around the UK, you will find studio accommodation which offers all you need in one self-contained space. A studio has all the features of a standard room, including a study area with desk and chair, storage and, of course, a bed. It also has its own kitchenette in the room, usually equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and sink, and often a dining area. There will also be an en suite shower room, with a washbasin and toilet.

Some studios at selected iQ properties also include a TV and often a little more living space than a standard room, so you really can relax and feel at home. You won’t feel alone, though – our social areas are available where possible, and we are replacing many of our real-life social events with virtual equivalents: bringing our iQ community together.

If studio living sounds like it would suit you, it’s easy to arrange a virtual viewing – just choose ‘Enquire’ when you find a studio you like on our website.
