When you fancy a change of scene, you’ll have full access to the social and study spaces at iQ Lambert & Fairfield House, literally just over the road. Home to a lounge, cinema room, karaoke room, gym, bowling alley and study areas, there’s something for everyone - whether you wanna sing your heart out with mates or get your head down to work.

Location

iQ Fletcher House is in a great spot for getting to the city centre and uni. Short travel times mean you can have lots of cheeky lie-ins - just remember to set your alarm (!)

Pop over the road for complete access to the iQ Lambert & Fairfield House spaces, where a karaoke room, bowling alley, lounge, study spaces and gym are yours to enjoy. You’re bound to find a karaoke partner or gym buddy there as these spaces are shared by three iQ properties, giving them a fun social atmosphere.
