You should feel safe in your home, so we have 24/7 staff presence so there’s always someone to welcome you back, morning or night. Don’t worry, you can add your friends onto the guestlist too.

Nothing builds community more than sharing good food. Actually, it doesn’t even need to be good food. Ever laughed over a cake fail? Shared a late-night burger that’s just hit the spot? Or realised just how tasty a nut roast actually can be? Our shared kitchens can give you the perfect place to build those connections, and skills, that last a lifetime. Maybe you’ll make yourself proud and whip up something special – no pressure though.
If you prefer a feast to yourself, our studios and one bed apartments have their own private kitchenettes and kitchens. They’re the perfect spot if you want a bit more independence and privacy.

Lots of our locations have a private dining room onsite. Invite your mates over and host the perfect dinner party with all the right kit included. For some tasty recipes, join the iQ SupperClub – you could even win some big prizes to feast on with your mates. There’s no better way to bond.

Our iQ teams are your go-to experts on what you can do onsite and in the local area. From the best places to eat, shop and explore to the ins and outs of how to use the washing machines in the laundry rooms, there’s nothing that they won’t want to help with.

Our iQ teams aren’t just here to give you tips on the best pizza in town. They’re here to listen to whatever you have to say, whether there’s an issue with your stay, or you need a little more support after your big move away from home. What you can do
If you know you’re someone that tends to be late to wherever you're going, you can grab yourself a spot on the ground and lower floors so that you’re always just a few steps away from the front door. When you book, pick the room you want from our floorplans and maximise your time getting ready.

From good morning hellos to signing for your parcels, our teams at reception are there to help you make your best year yet just a little bit easier. From the moment you check in, they’ll be on hand to welcome you and help you get settled in. You can always expect to see a smile behind the desk and you never need a reason to say hello.
What you can do
Our teams will always be happy to say hello, but you can always look out for our events boards at reception, on your Facebook resi group or on instagram too so that you don’t miss out on what’s happening onsite.
Best sidekick yet
The iQ app is the perfect sidekick for your best year yet. You might not always want to head to reception, so the app lets you contact your iQ team directly for any questions, support or fixes you might need during your stay. The iQ app will also notify you when you’ve got a parcel to pick up – and you could even find out about exclusive offers, too.
What you can do
You’ll need the iQ app to download your FastPass and check into your room at the start of the year. You can download the iQ app at any point once you’ve made a booking, so get ahead of the game, download the app and get all the insider info you’ll need to make this year count.
Best snooze yet
Our private rooms and comfy beds will help you get the best sleep at the end (or middle, if you fancy) of every day. Deck out your room with all the blankets and pillows you need to get extra snug and make your room feel like yours.
What you can do
Guests are welcome at iQ, so why not host the ultimate slumber party? Bring over your best mate, stream a movie with the free wifi and get cosy in your own private palace. Our locations are in great places, so you’ll find the best takeouts and whatever snacks you need from around the world to feel at home.

Your room should feel like you. We’ll give you a bed, lots of storage and a study desk and chair to get comfy and do your best work – it's down to you to make it look like home. Whether you artfully lean some posters on your desk, add in tonnes of plushies or try your best at being a plant parent, show off your personality and post on socials with #MyiQLife

Lots of our rooms have corkboards for you to pin up your fave pics or post your to dos. If you think you’ll get homesick, bringing some pics of your loved ones can be a great way to feel like they’re close, even if they’re far away. Top tip if you really have to decorate: command strips will be your best friend when it comes to personalising your space.

Leave the working to the week and make your weekends your time to let loose and explore. With our central locations, you’re never far from the action. With our onsite spaces, you’re even closer than you think. With cinemas, gyms, private dining rooms, games room and roof terraces, there’s plenty of room to make every little moment a big one.
