iQ Longwood Place puts you just a walk from campus when you study at the Uni of Warwick, giving you an easy journey to class with a chill location to get on with your best year yet.
You’ll be a 20 min bus journey to Cannon Park Centre, giving you plenty of options for shopping and grabbing some food with your mates. Around you you’ll be able to show off your skills at TeamSport Go Karting, go for a meal at local legend Hickory’s, stack up on Korean and Asian snacks at Seoul Plaza and even book a 4G pitch for a session of footie.
The room that suits you
Whether you want big social vibes or plenty of privacy, we’ve got the space to help you feel boujie. For a shared kitchen to make some mates, our en suite rooms can help you settle in to uni life without feeling too far from home. If you’re after full independence, a studio will give you everything you need to live out your best year yet in the comfort of your room, kitchenette and en suite bathroom. All rooms are brand new, so you’ll arrive to a fresh space to make your own.
Social life onsite
When you want a change of scenery, our onsite social spaces give you plenty of room to kick back and meet other residents. Show off your skills in the arcade, build your best self in the gym, sing your heart out in the karaoke room. With a private dining room, social lounge, study room and fitness studio too, there’s somewhere for everyone to feel welcome.
