January rent reminder & important info

Paying in instalments? Your next iQ rent payment is due on the 16th January 2023. As usual, you can pay via the iQ app or the iQ website – bills and rent in one.

It’s worth noting that one of our payment partners, Convera (formerly Western Union), will be down this weekend. So, if you try to pay by bank transfer or with an international credit card on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th January, this won’t go through in time.

To avoid a stressful weekend and a late payment, please ensure that any payments using these methods are provided by Friday 13th January.

UK card payment methods will work as usual over the weekend.

Paying on the iQ website is simple.

Once logged in at iqsa.com, head to Services > Account & Pay > Pay.

Please do remember that we collect rent directly – payments should only be made through the recommended iQ payment options. If you’ve already paid your January instalment, you’re all good to carry on as usual.
