You might know about our Collingwood property in Newcastle, but maybe you didn't know that we have added a second. iQ has taken over the Stephenson House property in the Ouseburn district of the city - and we've given it a thorough revamp.

Stephenson House is conveniently located about 15 minutes' walk east of the city centre, and all the amenities of the Byker district are just as close. Ouseburn is a popular student area and we're lucky enough to have cultural venues like the Biscuit Factory and Seven Stories on our doorstep, as well as riverside bars by the Tyne not too much further away.
