Say hello to our latest location in Glasgow. iQ Cullen House is bringing brand new rooms, brand new spaces and a brand new vibe to Glasgow.  

Located right next to iQ Elgin Place, you’ll be joining a city with a great student crowd, where there’s plenty to get on with.

At iQ Cullen House, you'll be right in the heart of where you need to be, with an 11 min bus to the University of Glasgow and a 5 minute walk to the famous Glasgow School of Art. 

In just five minutes from your front door, you’ll also have plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and even a Waterstones for everything you need for a cosy morning. With a 10 minute walk to the city centre, it's almost too easy to make this a year to remember.

We’e got plenty of spaces to give you your best year yet, no matter what you’re looking for. With an en suite room, you’ll get the privacy of your own bedroom and bathroom with the social vibe of a shared kitchen. A twodio can give you the same on a more intimate scale. For full privacy and independence, pick a studio - you’ll get your own kichenette, too. 

All our spaces are brand new, so whichever room you choose, it’ll be ready for you to make it your own. 

The place to find your best connection yet 

Our rooms are great, but we wanna give you more. An onsite cinema, arcade, roof terrace and more give you all the space you need to chill out or find other residents you connect with. Bring your mates over and have a gym sesh or host a dinner party in the private dining room.
