Bangor is a real student city, with more than 11,000 calling it home during their studies. You can join some of them at Ty Willis House, our iQ accommodation in beautiful North Wales.
With the breathtaking scenery of Snowdonia nearby, and more pretty sights in neighbouring Anglesey, Bangor is ideal for outdoorsy types – and just a couple of hours by train from the buzz of Manchester and Liverpool. Pontio Arts Centre hosts all sorts of theatre, music and dance events, bringing real vibrancy to the city's creative scene. Nearby attractions include epic Penrhyn Castle, set amongst beautiful grounds on the outskirts of the city.
