How do you book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
1. Search via city, university or iQ property
2. Select your room - decide whether you want an en suite room, private studio or apartment
3. Confirm your guarantor and pay your booking fee
4. It's yours!
If you prefer, you can call the iQ site that you’re looking to stay with or visit us at your chosen location. You’ll need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your room, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What is a guarantor?
If you’re paying rent in instalments, and not as a whole, you’ll need a guarantor to make a booking.
If you’re unable to pay your rent and/or do not act in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement, your guarantor will be responsible for paying any outstanding amounts.
Your guarantor can be UK or Internationally based but must be aged 21 or over; not a full time student; not a current resident in an iQ property.
What is a booking fee?
If you’re new to iQ then you’ll need to pay a booking fee to secure your room. The booking fee is around £100-£150, but this varies by site. The booking fee is treated as a part of your rent, so will be credited to your first rent instalment.
Your booking fee is non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances listed in the booking terms & conditions.
