The following capitalised terms have the following meaning when used in these terms and conditions:
- Academic Year: the 2024/25 academic year, commencing 01/09/2024 and ending on 28/08/2025.
- The Giveaway begins at 17:05 on 09/12/2024 and ends at 23:59 on 13/12/2024.
- IQ Group: IQSA Holdco Limited, IQSA 2 Holdco Limited and their respective subsidiaries.
- IQ Property: a property managed by IQSA Services Limited.
- IQ Resident: a tenant at an IQ Property during the Academic Year.
- The Giveaway: a series of daily competitions where residents can enter to win various prizes, with winners announced via Instagram Stories within 24 hours.
- Us or We: IQSA Services Limited acting as the property manager of the IQ Properties.
- You: the entrant of the Giveaway and an iQ Resident.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible to win a Prize, you must:
- Be an IQ Resident;
- Follow our official IQ Instagram account to participate in the Giveaway;
- Engage with the daily posts to enter the competitions;
- Have paid all fees and charges due on your account with Us before the winners are announced on Instagram; and
- If You win, agree to be filmed/photographed and to make Yourself available for a full-day shoot when You choose to claim Your prize, and agree for any captured content to be posted online via Our social channels.
- Prizes:
- Daily prizes will be revealed each day of the Giveaway during the Entry Period.
- Prizes may include gift cards, electronics, holiday goodies, and other surprises, as determined by Us.
- Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries and announced via Instagram Stories within 24 hours following the end of each Entry Period.
- Conditions:
- Following the end of each daily Giveaway, winners will be selected via a random digital draw.
- We will contact the winners via direct message on Instagram to notify them of their win. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of our message, they forfeit the right to claim the prize, and we will be entitled to award the prize to a new winner selected.
- By entering the Giveaway, You consent to Us using Your personal data for the purposes of administering the Giveaway in accordance with our Privacy Notice | iQ Student Accommodation and UK data protection legislation.
- By entering, You agree to the use of Your name and Instagram handle in any publicity material.
- The Giveaway is subject to availability, and We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to withdraw, modify, or substitute any prize for another of different value at any time and without notice during this promotion.
- The Giveaway will be open only during the specified Entry Period.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Giveaway at any time with no liability to You or any third party.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The decision of IQSA Services Limited regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- This Competition is not open to employees of the IQ Group.
We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, We will send the surname and county of the Prize winners to anyone who emails marketing@iqstudent.com during the Entry Period and within one (1) month after the end of the Entry Period.
