DEFINITIONS:
- You: The entrant of the competition and a tenant at a property operated by iQ Student Accommodation for the 2024/25 academic year, commencing 01/09/2024 (the “Academic Year").
- Us or We: IQSA Services Limited and IQSA 2 Services Limited acting as Property Managers on behalf of the iQ Group.
- iQ Group: means IQSA Holdco Limited, IQSA 2 Holdco Limited and their respective subsidiaries.
- The Competition: Club Connections.
- iQ Clubs: Supper Club, Gamers Club, Book Club and CSSC (Chinese Student Social Club)
Third Parties: means the third parties involved in the provision and operation of the vouchers. Terms of the Competition:
By entering this competition, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Competition Period: The Competition begins at 00:00 on 30/08/2024 and ends at 23:59 on 30/09/2024 (the “Competition End Date”).
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible to win a Prize, You must:
- Be a current resident for the Academic Year at iQ Student Accommodation.
- Join one of theiQ Clubs during the Competition period.
- Follow the specific requirements for joining the club and referring a friend as outlined below.
- Have paid all fees and charges due on your account.
Prizes:
- For each person who refers up to 3 friends to a specific club, you can win:
- A £10 Waterstones voucher when you refer a friend to the BookClub
- A £10 UberEats voucher when you refer a friend to the SupperClub
- A £10 Steam Deck voucher when you refer a friend to the GamersClub
- A £10 Hungry Panda voucher when you refer a friend to the CSSC
- Grand Prizes: SupperClub: Michelin-Star / premium dining experience.
- BookClub: £500 book voucher.
- GamersClub: Brand-new gaming set-up
Prize Draw:
- The winners of the prizes will receive their prize within 30 working days of the end of the draw. You may only win one grand prize during the offer and up to three club vouchers for every person you refer. A valid iQ resident number or proof of residence in an iQ property for 2024/25 must be presented to claim the prize. Winners will be chosen via a random digitally automated prize draw.
Winner Notification:
- We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using Facebook Direct Message details provided when entering. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and we will issue the prize to a new winner selected.
Personal Data:
- By entering the offer, you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation. Winners agree to the use of his/her name in any publicity material.
Winner Disclosure:
- The names of any prize winners will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: win@iqstudent.com.
Competition Rights:
- We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to You or any third party or to Us.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of participating in the Competition.
- This offer is not open to employees of iQ Student Accommodation or their families.
- No correspondence will be entered into concerning this Offer except to contact the winner.
- The decision to offer the incentive is at the absolute discretion of IQSA Services Limited.
Third Parties
Redemption of the Prizes is subject to Third Parties’ terms and conditions (including and not limited to the terms and conditions of the vouchers).
You acknowledge and agree that We will have no responsibility or liability in connection with (i) Your use of the Prizes (ii) the actions or omissions of the Third Parties or any other third party, and / or (iii) Your dealings with the Third Parties or any other third party in connection with the Prizes.
