We have made the decision to close iQ Broderick for the 2020/21 academic year so we can complete building improvement works without ongoing disruption to students. The property will reopen in 2021/22. Broderick House is a popular choice of student accommodation in Birmingham, located within a short journey of all the city's universities. Aston University, Birmingham City University, and the University of Birmingham are all less than 25 minutes away by bus. The building offers a choice of modern en suite rooms and studios which have the use of a cinema and games area, as well as other social and study spaces.

With Broad Street just a 7-minute walk away, Broderick House is close to a huge choice of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues in Birmingham city centre. Regular events take place on site too, making Broderick House a great place to enjoy social student living.

How do I book?

Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.

What do I need to bring?

You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
