The building offers a choice of modern en suite rooms and studios which have the use of a cinema and games area, as well as other social and study spaces.

With Broad Street just a 7-minute walk away, Broderick House is close to a huge choice of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues in Birmingham city centre. Regular events take place on site too, making Broderick House a great place to enjoy social student living.

If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
