For all of the arts students and art lovers out there we have the Manchester Fringe Festival going on until the end of July. In its fourth year now it is starting to become as well known as its Edinburgh counterpart. You can find out all of the information by visiting their website on www.greatermanchesterfringe.co.uk. Some of our current iQ Salford students have shows this year so why not go and support them? Next year our resident arts students from the Salford University Media City campus can also submit a show for entry.
If it's sci fi, comics and movies you're into, why not attend Manchester Comic Con taking place in the city centre at Manchester Central.
