iQ Century Square offers high-quality student accommodation in Sheffield city centre, with a range of onsite spaces including a cinema, lounge and gym.

During the 2025/26 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Century Square. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team is on-site and on hand 24/7 to support you and will keep you updated about the works.
