iQ Leeds provides student accommodation north of Leeds city centre, with en suite rooms, studios and a range of social and study areas. As a 25/26 resident, you can make the most of the glow ups in our social spaces, with a brand new study room to help you get your best work done.

Offering a range of modern student accommodation, iQ Leeds is conveniently located within walking distance of the city's universities. Leeds Beckett University, the University of Leeds, the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and Leeds Arts University are all within a 10-20 minute walk. The building contains social and study facilities including a lounge with TV, pool table and ping pong, and a well-equipped gym.

iQ Leeds has both en suite rooms and studio accommodation, so you can choose the style of student living that suits you. The building is a short walk from the centre of Leeds and bus routes also run nearby. Parking is also available, subject to availability.

During the 2025/26 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Leeds. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.
