There are also self-contained studios for more independent student living, all equipped with their own kitchenette, living space, double bed and shower.

The building provides a variety of social and study spaces, including a lounge and roof terrace, and the team hold regular social events for residents. It's easy to reach the University of Brighton on foot, or catch a bus to the University of Sussex campus nearby.

If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.

What do I need to bring?

You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
