It's a 20-minute walk from Brighton Railway Station or a 14-minute walk from London Road Train Station.
If you're coming via the uni, it's a 20-minute walk from University of Brighton City Campus and 13-minute train ride from the University of Sussex.

Daily living essentials
Laundry & bike store
From wash cycles to bicycles, our onsite laundry and bike storage spaces have you covered.
- Secure bike storage is available to our residents – you might need to ask Reception to grant access to the bike store on your fob or pass
- To operate the machines, you’ll either need to download the Circuit Laundry app or purchase a payment card from the dispenser located within the laundry room or from Reception
Instructions on how to use the machines are displayed in the laundry room but if you have any issues, please contact Reception
Maintenance, cleaning & safety
You deserve a space that works for you. Reach our onsite maintenance team through the iQ app.
- Our onsite maintenance team will always try to sort issues reported on the iQ app on first visit
- There’s 24/7 security onsite weekdays throughout nights, and all weekend
- The Housekeeping team are onsite Monday to Friday to keep our social areas clean

We care about the planet, and that goes all the way to how we operate our buildings with 100% renewable electricity.

Fire safety
Your safety is our top priority. Get to know your building's fire alarm tests and meeting points below, and check out our resident handbook and the posters onsite.
- The assembly point is located beyond the rear gates, on London Terrace
- The fire alarm is tested every Friday between 10 and 11am
