The University of Bristol’s specialist dental school is famed for the quality of its research, working on projects with the likes of The Wellcome Trust, The Healing Foundation and the National Institute For Health Research. Providing undergraduate, postgraduate and professional training courses, they have an excellent reputation. They have received many awards for their innovative teaching methods from the likes of Dental Defence Union and the Association for Dental Education in Europe.

Undergraduates choose from a 6-year Gateway to Dentistry course or a 5-year Dentistry course and enjoy top-class facilities thanks to a £15 million refurbishment in the last decade. Fourth-year students are also given the option to travel to abroad to carry out their elective research project.

Our student accommodation iQ Bristol is right in town and is a quick 4-minute walk to the School of Oral and Dental Sciences. In keeping with the city’s musical heritage, it features a music practice room and also has an onsite gym, study space, dining space and a games room.
