THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION AND APPLIES TO THE 2018/19 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
‘You’ means the entrant of the competition and a tenant of an iQ Student Accommodation Hall of Residence for the 2018/19 academic year commencing 22nd August 2018.
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as Property Managers.
Terms of Offer
• The Offer begins on the 29th May 2019.
• The Offer ends at 23:59 on the 31st August 2019.
• Each applicant will have a window to complete the Check-out survey. This will be communicated on receipt of the survey via email.
• In order to be eligible to win, the entrant must be a current resident for the 2018/19 academic year and to have paid all fees and charges up to the time of the closure date of the competition.
• In accepting the terms of this offer you will be entered into the draw to win one of four £50 Amazon vouchers.
• The 4x £50 Amazon vouchers will be paid to the four winners by 30th September 2019. The winners will be chosen at random by IQSA Services Limited.
• We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the email address you have provided us. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and We will issue the prize to a new winner selected.
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party or to Us.
• This offer is not open to employees of iQ Student Accommodation or their families.
• No cash amount will be paid to the applicant or alternative incentives substituted.
• No correspondence will be entered into concerning this offer except to contact the winner.
• Only one entry per person.
• The decision to offer the incentive is at the absolute discretion of IQSA Services Limited.
