With over 70,000 students, Manchester is a buzzing place to study. It’s one of the UK’s musical hotspots, with a great heritage that gave the world Oasis, Stone Roses and The Smiths.

Festivals over the summer include the massive Parklife and Manchester Pride. Warehouse Project is a local institution, bringing the world’s biggest electronic music acts to a gargantuan space in the city centre.

"One of the UK’s musical hotspots, with a great club and gig scene"

Manchester has great shopping and a superb food scene, from all the big names through to independents in the Northern Quarter. Cultural institutions range from the National Football Museum to the People’s History Museum. The excellent tram system makes getting to all these easy too.

Our student accommodation buildings Fletcher House, Hollingworth House and Lambert & Fairfield House are all a short walk from the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University. Kerria Apartments and Wilmslow Park are also less than 12 minutes’ walk away. Manchester Gardens and Daisy Bank are located south of the city centre and benefit from fast transport links to the universities.
