This Easter in London

Easter in London, 2015
As the first Bank Holiday weekend of 2015 approaches, Deborah from iQ Shoreditch shares some cool events and activities that you can get involved with over Easter weekend in London...
Yes I know, some of you may be thinking ‘Easter is for little kids’. But come on guys, you can never be too old for chocolate and bunnies! So if you’ll be in London for the Easter break here are some activities you could indulge in…

The London Easter Egg Hunt

This is basically a series of egg hunt happening in different locations for the young and the old. You can follow the Easter Egg Trail to the famous Cutty Sark in Greenwich where you can track down the eggs hidden around the ship. Alternatively you can follow the Egg trail to Battersea Park Zoo where you would be searching for eggs among the zoo animals. Awww!

If zoo animals, ships and egg hunts are not your thing, my next few events are sure to be right up your street...

Easter at The Book Club

What better way to de-stress from exams than to party it up and unwind at the Book Club in Shoreditch for the Easter weekend? The Book Club will be having a fun and dance packed bank holiday weekend with free entry before 9pm and £5 after.

The Lock Tavern Festival

The Lock Tavern Festival will also be taking place this Easter Bank Holiday weekend. This is four days packed with live bands, DJs and street food in Camden. The festival starts Thursday 2nd April and carries on until Sunday 5th April, 3pm to 3am every day. And guess what… it’s FREE ENTRY!!!  Make sure you check it out guys, looks like it will be a blast.
Make the most of this Bank Holiday weekend guys, it’s a great way to focus on something other than mind-numbing revision. Whether you're Easter egg hunting, raving it up, or enjoying live music and eating street food, have a great time this Easter!
