Please note: This is a slower payment method and the money will take a few days to show in your account. - Log in to the iQ website
- Navigate to Services and click on Account & Pay
- Click the Pay button

- Navigate to Browse in the bottom menu and click on Pay
From there, you can view your payments and choose the amount you want to pay. You’ll see a list of available payment options. To pay with an International bank card, select International card payment and follow the steps to complete your payment through our partner, Convera.
- Select the instalment and amount you wish to pay
- Select International card payment
- Choose the country your payment is from, select a way to pay, then follow the payment process as directed on the screen
- If you choose a card option, you’ll need to complete the 3D Secure verification
- If you choose bank transfer, you’ll take the complete quote and make the transfer via your bank

Students with International credit or debit cards can log into the iQ resident portal or the iQ app to conveniently make a card payment using Convera.
