iQ Student Accommodation this week announces the appointment of Peter Holden as Chief Development and Investment Officer. Peter will serve as part of the UK operational team, reporting to CEO Rob Roger.
Peter joins iQ from Round Hill Capital, where he spent five years establishing and leading the company’s investment and development programme in Europe and USA. During this time, he was responsible for delivering over 40 development projects in eight countries, totalling over 13,000 PBSA and BTR homes, large scale master planned communities, strategic land, logistics and commercial developments. Peter has previously held senior leadership roles with Hines Europe, Arcadis NV and BAA plc.

Peter holds a BSc in Construction Management from Manchester University, and an MSc in European Real Estate from Kingston University. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a regular contributor to international conferences on real estate investment and development.
