Situated opposite the London Road Gardens on elegant Hillside Crescent, Elliott House offers student accommodation in a pretty Edinburgh setting. This property is well located for students at the University of Edinburgh, around 30 minutes' walk away, and has bus links nearby to Edinburgh Napier University and Heriot-Watt University.
Modern en suite rooms and self-contained studios give you a choice of accommodation to suit your lifestyle, and the social and study areas are ideal for meeting our international student community. Regular social events are also organised by the onsite team. Elliott House offers a range of other services too, including a laundry room and free WiFi.
During the 2024/25 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of Elliott House. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
