We know from the research which kicked off our previous campaign that loneliness is an issue amongst students – it’s often felt, but not always talked about. Wellbeing with iQ

So, Embrace. Explore. Do. is for everyone. There’s plenty you can embrace, many activities to explore and lots of things you can do which will benefit you and others – it’s all about the wellbeing of our iQ community.

Look out for news of the latest Embrace. Explore. Do. initiatives so you can get involved.
