We know things are less certain this year, so we've made our 20/21 contracts as flexible as possible. If your uni start date changes, just get in touch and we'll see what we can do about moving your start date.

I know my start date has changed, why can't I book a tenancy with the correct start date
It's easy to change your start data after booking your room. All you need to do is log in to the iQ resident portal or app and upload some evidence from your university confirming your new start date. We'll do all the rest, and you'll only pay for the weeks you stay.
How do I request to change my start date
You can easily request to change your start date – either on the iQ resident portal or app. You’ll just need to upload some evidence from your university that they have changed your course dates.
Do I qualify for a flexible start date
Your original tenancy will need to be of a minimum length of 39 weeks, with a scheduled start date on or before Saturday 3rd October 2020. You'll also need confirmation from your university that the start date has changed.
Can I choose any start date
If your university postpones the start of its 2020/21 academic year by more than 7 days, you can choose any date up until the penultimate Saturday before this date. The latest date you could choose is Saturday 31st October 2020.
What if my university subsequently brings the start date of their academic year forward?
You will need to revert to either your original tenancy start date, or the penultimate Saturday before the new term start date if this is later.
