2025/26 Greater Manchester Bus pass terms and conditions
THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION AND APPLIES TO THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
DEFINITIONS
‘Booking’ means a completed booking pursuant to which You have signed a tenancy agreement with iQ which is accepted, paid a booking fee (if applicable) and all guarantor documentation has been provided and accepted.
‘HEI’ means a Higher Education Institution, including Universities.
‘iQ Group’ means IQSA Holdco Limited, IQSA 2 Holdco Limited and their respective subsidiaries.
‘iQ Property’ means a property managed by IQSA Services Limited or IQSA 2 Services Limited.
‘iQ Student Quarter’ means the Student Quarter property at Seaford Road, Salford, M6 6FN.
‘Offer’ means You are entitled to claim a Bus Pass for the 2025/2026 academic year, subject to the terms herein and Third Parties’ terms and conditions.
‘Offer Period’ means a period commencing on 13 August 2025 and expiring 15th September 2025.
‘Tenancy Takeovers’ means we agree to release You from Your Tenancy Agreement and another person has taken over the Tenancy Agreement.
‘Third Parties’ means the third parties involved in the provision and operation of the Bus Pass, including but not limited to Bee Network.
‘Bus Pass’ means a termly student Bee Bus ticket provided by Bee Network which will be issued to You on a termly basis for the period between 22 September 2025 and 30 June 2026 (inclusive).
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited or IQSA 2 Services Limited acting as property managers on behalf of the iQ Group.
‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy for the 2025/26 academic year.
Bus Pass terms of offer
To be eligible for this Offer, You must:
a. have made a 2025/2026 academic year Booking at iQ Student Quarter for a period of no less than 39 consecutive weeks;
b. have checked in at iQ Student Quarter;
c. be up to date on Your rent instalments for the 2025/2026 academic year Booking at the time You make the request for the Offer; and
d. not owe the iQ Group any other fees.
You will not be eligible for this Offer if You have booked Your accommodation through a HEI (including via a referral) or have not entered into a tenancy agreement directly with iQ (for the avoidance of doubt this includes any circumstances where a HEI or any other third party has acted as an agent of iQ).
The Offer is only applicable to You and is non-transferable. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the Offer.
The Offer will be open for the duration of the Offer Period only.
If You request to be released from Your tenancy agreement / licence agreement (as applicable) and we accept such request (“Tenancy Release”), we reserve the right to rescind this offer and/or deduct the value of any payment received from any Tenancy Release related refund.
The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between iQ Properties.
The decision to offer the Offer is at the absolute discretion of IQSA Services Limited.
The Offer is subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
The Offer is not available to IQSA Services Limited employees or IQSA 2 Services Limited employees.
We will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
You acknowledge and agree that We will have no responsibility or liability in connection with (i) Your use of the Bus Pass, (ii) the actions or omissions of the Third Parties or any other third party, and / or (iii) Your dealings with the Third Parties or any other third party in connection with the Bus Pass.
This Offer is subject to compliance by You with the Third Parties’ terms and conditions.
