THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION AND APPLIES TO THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
DEFINITIONS:
‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2025/26 academic year which requires You to sign a tenancy agreement with iQ which is accepted, pay a booking fee (if applicable) and for all guarantor documentation to be provided and accepted.
‘Competition Period’ means the period commencing on 17 October 2024 and expiring on 31 October 2024.
‘HEI’ means a Higher Education Institution, including Universities.
‘iQ Group’ means IQSA Holdco Limited, iQSA 2 Holdco Limited and their respective subsidiaries.
‘iQ Property’ means a property managed by IQSA Services Limited.
‘Offer’ means a competition to win one of the five Prizes, which is open for entry via Our app during the Competition Period.
‘Prize’ means permission for You to occupy a room in a flat for the 2025/2026 academic year at the iQ Property, with no rent charged during the relevant tenancy period.
‘Resident’ means an individual who is currently living in an iQ property for the 2024/25 academic year.
‘Tenancy Takeovers’ means where another resident takes over the Tenancy Agreement in the event You cancel your booking with Us.
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as property managers on behalf of the iQ Group.
‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy for the 2025/26 academic year.
TERMS OF OFFER:
- To qualify for the Offer, you must:
- be a Resident; and
- during the Competition Period, register your interest via the app to book the same room type at the same iQ Property in which You are currently Resident, for the 2025/26 academic year.
- The winners of the Offer will be announced on or around 4 November 2024.
- You will receive a notification through the app if You have won a Prize, therefore You must opt in for push notifications on the app. Opting into marketing consent is not required for entry to the competition.
- If You win a Prize, You must complete the Booking by the end of the rebooker exclusivity period (Wednesday 6th November 11.59pm) in order to claim your Prize. Failure to complete the Booking by the end of such period will result in the Prize being forfeited.
- You will not be eligible for this promotion if:
- You have booked your accommodation through a HEI (including via a referral) or have not entered into a Tenancy Agreement directly with iQ (for the avoidance of doubt this includes any circumstances where a HEI or any other third party has acted as an agent of iQ); or
- You have not paid all previous rent instalments and any other outstanding fees owed to us; or
- You have breached the terms of your current tenancy agreement, or any previous tenancy agreement entered into with the IQ Group; or
- You will no longer be a full time student for the 2025/2026 academic year.
- The Offer is only available during the Competition Period.
- By accepting the Prize, You will be excluded from additional cashback offers and promotions on your Booking.
- The Offer is only applicable to You as the Resident and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
- If You request to be released from your current tenancy agreement for the 2024/2025 academic year and we accept such a request, we reserve the right to rescind this Offer and any Prize.
- The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between iQ Properties.
- Prizes will be allocated at random to Residents who, in iQ’s sole discretion, are eligible in accordance with these terms and conditions, following the end of the Competition Period.
- Full information on the Offer and how to claim Your Prize will be available at the reception of the relevant iQ Property.
- We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the Prize winners to anyone who emails marketing@iqstudent.com within one (1) month after the end of the Competition Period. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact us at marketing@iqstudent.com. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
- The decision of IQSA Services Limited regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it
- Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- IQSA Services Limited will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this Offer or the receipt or use of the Prizes.
- IQSA Services Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy which can be found here.
- Offers are not available to IQSA Services Limited or IQSA 2 Services Limited employees.
- These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
