DEFINITIONS:
‘You’ means the entrant of the competition and a tenant of an iQ Student Accommodation Hall of Residence for the 2018/19 academic year commencing 22nd August 2018.
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as Property Managers.

Entries for this competition must use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Weibo websites or apps to share the image and must tag iQ Student Accommodation’s account and also use the hashtags #MyiQLife and #CrazyPumpkin.
Terms of Offer
• The Offer begins the 24th October 2018.
• The Offer ends at 23:59 on the 31st of October 2018.
• To be in with a chance of winning the ultimate Halloween package worth £150 (first prize), or leisure vouchers worth £50 (2nd prize), entrants must post a picture of their best carved pumpkin onto Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Weibo tagging iQ Student Accommodation’s account and must use the hashtag #MyiQLife and #CrazyPumpkin.
• In order to be eligible to win, the entrant must be a current resident for the 2018/19 academic year and to have paid all fees and charges up to the time of the closure date of the competition.
• In accepting the terms of this offer you will be entered into the draw to win the ultimate Halloween package worth £150 (first prize), or a leisure voucher worth £50 (2nd prize). There will be only two prizes available to win.
• Both prizes will be handed to the winners by 31st December 2018. The winner of the best carved pumpkin will be chosen by the IQSA Services Limited marketing team.
• IQSA Services Limited reserves the right to substitute the Leisure Voucher with a voucher of another type in the event that the first is not available. Any substituted vouchers will be to the same face value.
• We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the Instagram profile of the entrants. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and We will issue the prize to another winner selected as a backup at the time of the original draw.
• The winners agree to take part for free in any publicity for the promotion as requested by Us and You grant Us a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the content that you post on or through the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Weibo Services which are also subject to the terms and conditions of the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Weibo websites.
• The winners agree to allow us to use the winning picture for free, for all future marketing collateral or social media activity.
• The winners agree to allow us to take pictures of the winner with the prize, to be used for all future marketing collateral or social media activity.
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party or to Us.
• Entrants hereby release Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Weibo of all liability that can be excluded under English law.
• This offer is not open to employees of iQ Student Accommodation or their families.
• No cash amount will be paid to the applicant or alternative incentives substituted.
• No correspondence will be entered into concerning this offer except to contact the winner.
• Only one entry per person.
