Situated in the centre of the town, iQ Kingston provides modern student accommodation in a convenient location. It's just a 13-minute walk from Kingston University and has hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues within a few minutes. The River Thames is also nearby. The building offers a great environment for student living, with a range of en suite rooms and studios equipped with all the essentials.

iQ Kingston has its own onsite gym, as well as a social space with TV and games area, giving you a place to meet your fellow residents. Regular social events are also organised by the onsite team.

During the 2023/24 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Kingston. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.
