Laundry & bike store
From wash cycles to bicycles, our onsite laundry and bike storage spaces have you covered.
- Secure bike storage is available to our residents – you might need to ask Reception to grant access to the bike store on your fob or pass
- To operate the machines, you’ll need to download the appWash by Miele app
- Instructions on how to use the machines are displayed in the laundry room but if you have any issues, please contact Reception
Maintenance, cleaning & safety
You deserve a space that works for you. Reach our onsite maintenance team through the iQ app.
- Our onsite maintenance team will always try to sort issues reported on the iQ app on first visit
- There’s 24/7 security onsite weekdays throughout nights, and all weekend
- The Housekeeping team are onsite Monday to Friday to keep our social areas clean

- The fire alarm is tested every Monday between 12-2pm
