Our Hammersmith student accommodation is located just a 2-minute walk from the Tube and offers self-contained studios and excellent social spaces.
With a range of smart studios, our Hammersmith site offers high-quality student accommodation in this vibrant area of west London. The building is close to all the action, just 2 minutes from the Tube, buses and countless shops, bars and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the River Thames. Its studios are ideal for an independent lifestyle, featuring a bed, study area, shower room and your own kitchenette.
A range of social and study spaces are there for you to enjoy at Hammersmith, with a gym, games room, dining room, cinema and fitness studio all part of the mix. Residents also get to meet at regular social events organised by the onsite team.
During the 2023/24 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Hammersmith. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place during working hours. Our team are on site 24/7 to support you.

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
