With all-inclusive bills, our self-contained studios feature a bed, study area, shower room, and kitchenette, ideal for independent student living. Onsite, you’ll find a range of social and study spaces, including a gym, games room, dining room, cinema, and fitness studio. Regular social events organised by our onsite team make it easy to meet fellow residents, and free WiFi ensures you stay connected throughout your stay.
During the 2025/26 academic year, exterior improvement works will take place at iQ Hammersmith. These will occur Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with no noisy works during exam periods. Our onsite team is available 24/7 to support residents and minimise disruption, ensuring a comfortable living experience.

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
