Our Highbury site offers en suite student rooms, studios and a range of social spaces, just a 2-minute walk from Finsbury Park Tube.
Enjoying excellent transport links, this student accommodation is well connected to central London universities. Finsbury Park lies on the Victoria Line, putting Oxford Circus, Victoria and many more destinations within easy reach.
You can take Overground services around the UK, or go international - reaching King’s Cross St Pancras, home of Eurostar services to the continent, in around 5 minutes. Locally, you have a variety of shops and restaurants within a short walk.
Rooms at Highbury offer a bed, study area, storage and shower room, while studios add a kitchenette and more living space. Residents in the en suite rooms can get to know their flatmates in shared kitchens and living spaces. You can also make use of the building’s social areas, including a gym, zen garden, cinema, games room and lounge.
During the 2024/25 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Highbury. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.

When are my instalments due?

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
