These rooms measure 15 sq m not including the outdoor balcony and feature a private bathroom as standard. They come with hardwood floors, study desk and chair and a good amount of storage space. The kitchen and living space is shared with 6 residents.

iQ Hoxton provides you with a free-to-use gym, roof terrace and social spaces. The cinema room features seating and audio-visual equipment. The study space has been reconfigured to provide extra flexibility, and our gym now has a free weight bench as well as new décor and lighting.

Our Hoxton student accommodation enjoys a location in a creative neighbourhood close to plenty of dining and entertainment options. A short walk from Hoxton train station and Old Street Tube, it's well connected to universities all over London, with buses also stopping right outside. The accommodation includes a range of en suite rooms and studios, all equipped with a bed, storage, shower room and study area.

The Hoxton site also offers residents a variety of social and study spaces. There's an onsite gym, lounge, games room, study hub and a roof terrace with fine views over London. Regular social events also take place in the building, where you can get to know your fellow residents.

Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.

What do I need to bring?

You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
