It's a 2-minute walk from Old Street Tube Station, where you can get on the Northern Line. It's a 16-minute walk from Shoreditch Highstreet Station for the Overground or a 23-minute walk to Farringdon, where you can get the Thameslink trains.

Find everything you need on the iQ app. Connect with your new neighbours before you move in, keep an eye out for building updates and events and get notified when you've got a parcel waiting for you at reception. You can also use the app to book social and study spaces, as well as handy resources like vacuum cleaners, gaming equipment and more.

Fire safety

Your safety is our top priority. Get to know your building's fire alarm tests and meeting points below, and check out our resident handbook and the posters onsite.

The assembly point for:

The assembly point is located on Corsham Street. (near the Premier Inn Hotel)
The fire alarm is tested every Wednesday at 11am.

Shoreditch's evacuation method is an "all out" evacuation. Any persons discovering fire should activate the nearest call point or fire alarm panel and trigger a full building evacuation.

Recycling

We care about the planet and we know residents do to. That’s why we’re proud to use 100% renewable electricity in all our buildings and as part of Think Green, iQ’s sustainable mission to do even more, you can help by recycling your waste the proper way at iQ.

Maintenance, cleaning & safety

You deserve a space that works for you. For any maintenance issues, you can reach our onsite maintenance team through the iQ app. Just head to the ‘Fix it’ feature in the ‘Help’ section.

Our maintenance team will do their best to solve reported issues as soon as possible.
The Housekeeping team are on site Monday to Friday to keep your social areas clean.

Security is 24/7, with your iQ team available on weekdays and security on site for evenings and weekends.

Laundry

Download the Circuit Go app to see which machines are available, pay for your wash using your phone and receive a notification when your laundry is ready to collect. If you prefer, you can also pay using the contactless payment point in the laundry room.

Bike store

Secure bike storage is available to residents – you might need to ask Reception to grant access to the bike store on your fob or pass.

Contents insurance

Your contents are protected with Howdens insurance. You'll need to register with Howdens here.
