University of East London

With its striking modern campus in London’s Docklands and its original Stratford home centred around a listed building, UEL is an inspiring place to study. Its roots go back to 1892, and it currently has over 19,000 students from over 120 countries studying at it.

The Stratford Campus is centred around the beauty of the 19th-century University House, with its neighbouring University Square Stratford campus built in 2013. The Docklands Campus was opened in 1999, located opposite London City Airport on Royal Albert Dock. Its impressive architecture was shortlisted for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Building of the Year. It includes the £21 million SportsDock sports centre, which Team USA used as their High-Performance Training Centre at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Stratford is well-located for all the buzz of east London and the immense shopping of Westfield Stratford. The Docklands campus is close to the O2 Arena and entertainment complex, several huge club venues and the food, drink and shopping of Canary Wharf. Royal Albert Dock is also a water-sports centre and rowing course, and the nearby London ExCeL exhibition centre hosting everything from wine fairs to gaming conventions.

iQ Flinders House is located near North Greenwich on the Jubliee line and only 34 minutes' from the Docklands Campus.
