During the 20/21 academic year, we are carrying out remedial works to Kerria Apartments. The work will be to the exterior of the building and will involve some scaffolding and mast climbers. The team is committed to keeping disruption to a minimum. There will be no noisy works on site before 1000 and after 1800 Monday to Friday. There will be no works on weekends or during exam periods. As always, the team on site are on hand to make your stay a successful one. The work will finish in January 2021.
These great apartments have plenty of room to relax, study, cook and entertain, with private bathroom and kitchen and living area with comfy sofa and big bright floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment also features study area, dining area, with lots of storage options and modern style throughout. You also get to enjoy the building’s onsite gym, social space with ping-pong table and study area.

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
