During the 20/21 academic year, we are carrying out remedial works to Kerria Apartments. The work will be to the exterior of the building and will involve some scaffolding and mast climbers. The team is committed to keeping disruption to a minimum. There will be no noisy works on site before 1000 and after 1800 Monday to Friday. There will be no works on weekends or during exam periods. As always, the team on site are on hand to make your stay a successful one. The work will finish in January 2021.

Each bedroom comes with double bed, study desk and chair, lots of storage area and a living area, while the shared bathroom and kitchen are well-equipped and roomy. There’s also a living room with comfy sofa and dining area with table and chairs. You also benefit from building perks like onsite gym, study space and social area with ping-pong table.
