During the 20/21 academic year, we are carrying out remedial works to Kerria Apartments. The work will be to the exterior of the building and will involve some scaffolding and mast climbers. The team is committed to keeping disruption to a minimum. There will be no noisy works on site before 1000 and after 1800 Monday to Friday. There will be no works on weekends or during exam periods. As always, the team on site are on hand to make your stay a successful one. The work will finish in January 2021.

The penthouse two bedroom apartment is located on the top floor which benefits from a fantastic view across the city. It shares a large kitchen and lounge area. Take a look further down the page to see more of the Penthouse Two Bed apartment's great features.
