Looking for accommodation in Manchester to start from September 2019? Take a look at our Wilmslow Park property offering a range of stylish, refurbished en suites just a short walk from The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.
Your room comes with small double bed, TV, microwave, fridge freezer, private shower, toilet and sink and use of a fully equipped shared kitchen and living space for a social vibe. Added building perks include a cinema, gym, laundry and karaoke and games room.
We would like future residents to be aware that work has started on a construction project on Granby Row, which is adjacent to Lambert & Fairfield House. Some level of noise disruption is part of living in a city centre, however we wanted to make sure that you were both aware of and prepared for some added noise over the coming year.
Our team is working closely with the contractors to keep disruption to an absolute minimum and ensure noise is restricted to the accepted hours for construction and demolition set by the City Council.
