More space and a social vibe in our silver three bed apartment plus

Silver Three Bed Apartment Plus

  • Private apartment
  • Small double bed
  • Shared kitchen
  • Shared bathroom

With a little extra bedroom space than our Bronze Three Bed Apartments, these refreshed rooms are perfect for three friends sharing with their communal kitchen, bathroom and living space.

Stylish, spacious student living with great building benefits

Your bedroom comes with a small double bed, study area and lots of storage. You and your housemates will be sharing your spacious living area with sofas, bathroom (complete with bath) and well-equipped kitchen. You’ll also benefit from the building’s bowling alley, cinema, gym, laundry and karaoke and games room.

We would like future residents to be aware of construction works taking place on Granby Row, which is adjacent to Lambert and Fairfield House. Some level of noise disruption is part of living in a city centre, however we wanted to make sure that you were both aware and prepared for some added noise over the coming year.

Our team is working closely with the contractors to minimise disruption and to ensure works take place at acceptable hours for construction set by the City Council.
