Reception for Fletcher House and Hollingworth House Reception is located at Fairfield House on Back Acton Street M60 7LH.
It's a 2-minute walk from Manchester Picadilly train station or a 15-minute bus from Manchester Oxford Road Train Station. . If you're coming via the uni, it's a 12-minute walk to Manchester Metropolitan University or The University of Manchester.

- Our onsite maintenance team will always try to sort issues reported on the iQ app on first visit
- There’s 24/7 security onsite weekdays throughout nights, and all weekend
- The Housekeeping team are onsite Monday to Friday to keep our social areas clean

Fire safety
Your safety is our top priority. Get to know your building's fire alarm tests and meeting points below, and check out our resident handbook and the posters onsite.
- Hollingworth House: The assembly point is located on the paved area in front of Hollingworth House.
