Providing privacy and friendliness with your open-plan shared kitchen and living space. You'll share a TV, dining table and chairs with your flatmates. With an onsite gym, laundry and social space the building is well equipped for a great living.

 

We are working to improve the internal courtyard facilities at Wilmslow Park for our residents. You may see some building works taking place between September – December 2021 as we complete these works. We don’t envisage any disruption to your stay with us and all other areas of the building will remain open as normal. Works will only take place between 09:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday - there will be no works during the exam period.

This student accommodation building offers a range of modern, en suite rooms, each with a bed, study area, storage and a shower. Residents have the use of kitchens and living spaces shared with their flatmates. The building is ideal for the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, both within 19 minutes' walk. 

Wilmslow Park has various study and social spaces, including a gym, games room, and social lounge. Regular social events take place on site too, so you can get to know the members of our international student community.

If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.

What do I need to bring?

You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
