Moving from India to the UK to study

PBSA - the place for your best year yet

Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) is a great choice for students looking for a memorable place to call home at uni. Built around the needs of students, these are privately run properties that give you lots of benefits over other types of accommodation, helping you to have your best year yet.

How? PBSA can give you:

  • More choice over where you stay or which room type you live in
  • More central city locations, rather than campus living that can put you outside of the city
  • More privacy, with your own bathroom and better security onsite
  • Events and social spaces onsite to help you build lasting connection

Why choose iQ?

We're one of the leading PBSA providers in the UK and half of our residents come from overseas, so we know a thing or two about making your home at uni a place to remember.

With things like bills and study spaces included on top of being in the perfect location for uni and your social life, that means you get much better value for money.  With exclusive events and Clubs, iQ is the place to make those friends for life and make the most of life in the UK.
