Residents can enjoy the use of a social hub with TV, pool table and seating, and attend regular events which take place on site.

The building is conveniently located for Nottingham Trent University, a 15-minute walk away, and a 25-min bus ride from the University of Nottingham. Exchange is just a short walk from the city centre too, with venues like the National Ice Centre and Motorpoint Arena nearby.

If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.

What do I need to bring?
